We acquire digitally-native and technology-focused companies that have a proven track record of success. We love hyper-niche vertical SaaS, eCommerce brands with strong recurring revenues, and destinations with large organic audiences.
We're founders ourselves. We've started and sold companies and we know how painful it can be. Our goal is to make the process as quick and painless as possible.
Founders usually come to us when:
- They raised venture capital, built a good and profitable business, but realized it won't achieve venture scale and are looking for a soft landing for their investors.
- They've lost the energy and passion they once had for the business, and want a new partner who can help them grow it – or allow them to move on to the next thing.
- They're working on a number of businesses and realize they don't have time to give one the energy it deserves, so they want to offload it to a new owner who will.

- Successful operations for 3 years or longer
